After having a week to recover from the antics at USC, Its time again to end the week on a high with the usual weekly meet.

WHAT AN EPIC WEEKEND!

Started off friday with a Convoy of 25+ cars heading upto Santa Pod on what started off as a Sunny Friday Afternoon after making a small stop at the convoy point to get fully stocked up on all the essentials, Food, Supply’s, Booze, Booze and More Booze!

It Soon turned a little damp before arriving at Pod, once on Stand the rain died down and we were greeted with a little wind which proved a little challenging for all those erecting a tent, there was the odd swear word floating through the air..

After making ourselfs at home it was time to let the party begin!!
BBQ’s fiiling the air with pleasent smells and the Booze flowing, it was then time to hit the USC entertainment..

As its Sunday its that time again for all member to meet up at the usual spot in Guildford, Surrey.

Torque Evolution has been searching for a promotional vehicle and finally that search has come to end thanks to Dan aka Bounty..

So here is where it starts, the base vehicle is a Citroen Saxo pre-facelift Vtr… Pretty much as Citroen intended, except the slight damage to the front end.

There’s a few ideas for this Saxo in order to turn it into a show going publicity tool, the main one being to use the club’s colour scheme to full effect.

More ideas and progress on “Project Green” will be updated as it happens, this is a group project and all members are welcome to input ideas and help out with the transformation providing what skills and tools they can.

Modified Live 27/06/2010 @ Brands Hatch. 

On the hottest day so far in 2010, Torque-Evolution hit Modified Live with a bang.  Awesome representation for the club by all that attended and helped make the stand space so eye catching with the array of wicked cars.

Well organised by Shane as always, everthing ran smoothly and a good day had by all, dispite the football result.
